Products are checked for package integrity and visible damage during order preparation; they are packed with protective materials suitable for the type of transportation.

Label Information

For ingredients, allergen notifications, nutritional values, origin, expiration or recommended consumption date, and storage conditions, refer to the current information on the packaging of the product you received.

Inspection upon Delivery

If you see crushing, leaking, breaking, swelling, or package opening in the box, take a photo next to the cargo officer if possible and record the delivery information.

Damaged Product Support

In case of damaged or improper delivery, contact customer service with the order number, product name, and photos of the outer box and product. The review is done according to the product and transport conditions.

Storage

Store the product according to the temperature, humidity, sunlight, and consumption instructions on the packaging after opening.
